After an unforgettable adventure covering over 3,000 kilometres, with some days pushing through 8-hour driving marathons, we’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of our journey—and even more thrilled to share that we’ve raised an incredible £2,811.25 for the Wolo Foundation!

From home help and childcare to therapy and wellbeing services, Wolo helps families focus on what really matters—spending time together during some of life’s most challenging moments.

The Journey: Beauty, Challenge, and Gratitude
This trip wasn’t easy. Over 3,000 km of rugged roads and tough terrain tested us physically and mentally. But every challenge was met with purpose. The stunning landscapes, the warmth and resilience of the people we met, and the sense of being part of something bigger made every moment worthwhile.
A personal highlight was our walk through the Spitzkoppe mountains—a quiet, spiritual moment surrounded by nature’s raw beauty. It was a chance to reflect on how far we’d come, and why we started this journey in the first place.
We were also incredibly lucky to see endangered Black Rhinos in the wild, a humbling and emotional experience that reminded us of the importance of protecting this planet and all who call it home.
